Daily eye photo journal

Photograph your eyes daily. Show your doctor what changed.

Ocufuse guides you through the same short photo check each day, lets you note what might have affected it, and puts it together in a timeline and a brief you can bring to your next appointment.

Free during early access. The web app works in any modern browser on phone or desktop.

How it works

Two minutes a day, one clear record

  1. Take guided photos

Ocufuse walks you through four views of your eyes, the same way each day, so your photos line up when you compare them later.

  2. Note what happened

Log caffeine, sleep, screen time, eye drops and how your eyes felt in a tap. Set when it happened: now, 15 minutes ago, an hour ago, or a time you pick.

  3. Compare and share

Flip through days side by side, then export a Doctor Brief as print, text or CSV for your appointment.

Features

Built for the appointment

Every feature serves one goal: a record that is consistent, dated and easy for you and your clinician to read.

Compare any days

Grid, stack, or flip through an album with a slider. Lay a reference photo over today's to see differences side by side.

Context with timing

Each entry carries the time it happened. Repeated taps within ten minutes merge into one count.

Doctor Brief

A clean summary of your photos, notes and context, ready to print or send before a visit. What clinicians see.

Daily checklist

See what is done and what is left today. The checklist folds away once you finish.

Practice log

Keep track of the eye exercises your clinician gave you, or try short focus games, with a record of when you did each one.

Your language

English, Albanian, Turkish and Bosnian, with light and dark mode.

Privacy

Photos of your face are personal. We treat them that way.

Your journal exists to help you and the people you choose to share it with.

  • Your photos and notes are never sold or used for advertising.
  • Your data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt.
  • You decide what goes into a Doctor Brief and who receives it.
  • Delete your account and everything in it from the app's settings.
